MOVEMENT ROOTED IN INTENSION
At the heart of my work is the belief that our bodies deserve patience and attention, not pressure. Whether through Pilates, community gatherings, or shared moments, my hope is to create spaces where people feel welcomed, seen, and encouraged to move in ways that truly serve them.
Hi, I’m Kayla
I believe movement can be a gentle way to come back to yourself. A place to slow down, build strength, and feel supported in the midst of everyday life. Sow + Stretch grew from my own desire for movement that feels grounding, sustainable, and caring, especially during seasons of change.
I’m a certified Mat Pilates Instructor and certified Reformer Pilates Instructor, with training rooted in intentional movement, proper form, and thoughtful progressions to support a wide range of bodies and experience levels.

Brand Partnerships
Sow + Stretch collaborates with brands that value wellness as a lived experience—rooted in care, connection, and intention. Each partnership is approached as a shared creative process, designed to feel aligned, meaningful, and supportive of the people we serve.
From wellness activations to curated brand moments, partnerships are built around movement that feels accessible and grounding, creating experiences that resonate beyond the event itself. Whether you’re launching a product, hosting a gathering, or seeking a wellness-forward collaboration, my goal is to create something that reflects both your vision and the ethos of Sow + Stretch.
