Hi, I’m Kayla—Pilates instructor, mom, and the founder of Sow + Stretch.

Sow + Stretch was born from my belief that movement is more than exercise—it’s a tool for healing, grounding, and coming home to yourself. What started as a personal practice during seasons of transition grew into a space where women (and especially moms) can slow down, build strength, and feel supported—physically, mentally, and emotionally.

I’m a certified mat and reformer Pilates instructor, with additional training in tower and prenatal/postnatal Pilates. I’m currently working toward becoming a comprehensively certified instructor, continuing my education to deepen my teaching and better serve a wide range of bodies and needs.

This is where I share longer thoughts on movement, wellness, food, and life as it’s actually happening—no schedule, no pressure, just notes from the mat, the garden, and everything in between.

Pilates That Meets You Where You Are

I’ve taught hundreds of classes across Atlanta—from studio settings to community pop-ups and outdoor sessions—working with beginners, athletes, and postpartum moms alike. My teaching style is intentional and form-focused, with clear cueing, thoughtful progressions, and accessible modifications so every body feels welcome. If you’re ready to move your guest in a way that feels grounding, accessible, and aligned, I’d love to work with you.

Strength That Fits Your Life

As a mom, I understand how easy it is to put yourself last. Sow + Stretch my answer to that. It’s a reminder that taking care of your body isn’t indulgent—it’s necessary. Whether you’re easing back into movement after pregnancy, navigating a busy season of life, or simply looking for a more mindful way to move, my goal is to help you feel strong, capable, and connected to your body again.
